Accelerate your career with DSEL.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple subdivision development projects from preliminary planning through detailed design and constructionOversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standardsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and approval agenciesLead design and coordination efforts for grading, servicing, stormwater management,



and utility infrastructureGuide and mentor junior engineers, project coordinators, and technical staffPrepare, review, and approve submission packages and constraints analysesCollaborate with internal teams and external consultants to align multidisciplinary project objectivesDrive continuous improvement in project delivery through strategic planning and process optimizationSkills and Qualifications:Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; P.Eng. designation preferredMinimum 5+ years of experience in land development and subdivision design/project managementStrong understanding of municipal approvals, servicing strategies, and engineering standardsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client-relations abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approachProficiency with design tools (e.G., AutoCAD Civil 3D) and project tracking systemsWe appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
