This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, timely turnaround of repairs, and effective coordination between technicians, inventory, and operations.The Repair Planner is responsible for prioritizing and organizing repair jobs, ensuring parts availability, and aligning repair activities with operational needs. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, maximizing resource utilization, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced repair environment.To support operational needs, we are seeking candidates available for the following shift:Evening Shift : Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4-day work week)ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Scheduler, you will be the link between planning and execution, ensuring production plans are realistic, optimized, and delivered.Build and manage daily and short-term production schedules based on demand, capacity,



and prioritiesLead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraintsAnalyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks, and material availability to maintain achievable production plansAdjust schedules in real time to address urgencies, delays, and operational constraintsCoordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teamsDefine required manpower and equipment allocation to meet production targetsEnsure accuracy and maintenance of ERP data (work orders, routings, planning parameters)Create and maintain production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilization, etc.)Contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsWe are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling (manufacturing required)Strong understanding of:Capacity planningShop floor constraintsProduction flow and bottlenecksExperience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, etc.)Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas,
