As a Temporary Warehouse Technician, youll play an important role in keeping materials, parts, and inventory moving efficiently to support both internal teams and customers. Were looking for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and eager to learn, with an interest in warehouse operations and hands-on work in a dynamic environment.In this role, youll help maintain an organized warehouse and yard, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to responsive customer service. Base Hourly Wage: $34.74. Additional premiums may be available.
Location:Edmonton, AB
Term: 12 months. With possibility for extension
Shift Rotation: 5x2 (Monday to Friday)

What You Bring

• Receive, ship, and process incoming and outgoing materials.


• Pick and prepare parts orders accurately and efficiently.


• Maintain warehouse and yard organization, cleanliness, and safety.


• Operate and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment.


• Complete daily cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.


• Assist with warehouse inventory management activities.


• Provide professional service when interacting with customers and suppliers.

What You Bring

You bring previous experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, or basic logistics, a robust commitment to workplace health and safety, and a valid Class 5 drivers license. You take a reliable, team-oriented approach to your work and contribute to safe and efficient warehouse operations.

• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts,
  
  
  
  power jacks, reach trucks, or man lifts.


• Valid Fall Arrest certification.


• Working knowledge of computers.


• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.


• Clear verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• WHMIS training.


• TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) training.


• First Aid certification.


• Fire Extinguisher training.


• Hoisting and Rigging training.
