The Senior Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring products and materials move accurately and efficiently through our warehouse operations.In this role, you will support shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. You will work closely with internal teams and transportation providers to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly, incoming materials are properly received, and inventory records remain accurate.This is a fully in office role based in Mississauga, Ontario. The regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.M. to 3:30 p.M.Impact Through ExecutionShipping & Order FulfillmentPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipmentAccurately package, label, and weigh outgoing itemsConfirm the appropriate shipping method and associated shipping chargesPrepare waybills, boxes, and other required shipping documentationCoordinate shipment pickups with transportation providersBuild, strap, and wrap pallets for shipmentPrepare pick lists and other order-related paperwork as requiredReceiving & Material HandlingInspect and receive incoming shipmentsIdentify and report shortages, damaged packages, or shipment discrepanciesStock incoming materials in their designated warehouse locationsMove and store products and materials safely and accuratelyOrganize warehouse stock to support efficient picking and inventory controlInventory ManagementConduct inventory cycle counts and support the maintenance of required inventory levelsComplete monthly reconciliation counts for inventory held at external warehouse locationsWork closely with the Inventory and Warehouse Analyst to help maintain sufficient product levels and minimize customer back ordersMonitor packaging materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels across internal and external warehouse locationsSupport accurate inventory returns and transfer ordersSystems & DocumentationEnter Non-Conformities, Material Requests, Inventory Returns,

Final offers are determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
