Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today's rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:**Act as the official representative to the service provider for all activities related to the mandate; Plan, coordinate and follow up on the work carried out by the service provider; Participate in governance committees and follow up on decisions, actions and commitments; Mobilize relevant stakeholders and ensure their contribution to the work; Ensure that therequired information, documents and experts are available in a timely manner; Facilitate the resolution of issues, dependencies and obstacles that may affect the fulfillment of the mandate; Advise decision-makers on the directions to be taken; Ensure consistency of the work with the contractual, regulatory, operational and technological constraints identified; Perform cross-functional follow-up of strategic files; Support management in the preparation of committees and governance bodies; Develop business cases necessary for the creation, evolution or centralization of technology services; Proactively identify issues,



risks and dependencies that require management action; Produce cost-benefit analyses, operating models, policy options and recommendations; Define governance models, operational responsibilities and funding mechanisms for services; Contribute to the creation of a technology architecture consulting service; Participate in defining the target vision of digital foundations in the areas of telephony, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, user support, technology asset management, shared infrastructures and team-oriented tools; Develop transformation trajectories for key technology areas; Determine dependencies, risks, opportunities, and levers for transformation; Design transient operating models and evolution scenarios; Prepare multi-year roadmaps and implementation plans. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:**Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology, including at least ten (10) years in hosting infrastructure or telecommunications in large-scale contexts; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a technology architecture consultant; Have participated in at least two (2) centralized technology service design or transformation mandates; Produce at least one business case that has led to an investment decision for the implementation of a technology department; Demonstrate significant experience in writing decision files, executive notes and presentations to senior management; Knowledge of telecommunication networks, connectivity, hosting, technological infrastructure, monitoring and operation of infrastructure; Master the principles of technology asset management, lifecycle management, and technology architecture consulting; Demonstrate leadership, influence, strategic popularization and ability to manage priorities in a complex environment.
