Reporting to Project Director, the incumbent supports project planning, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and project reporting. The role works closely with Project Managers, Planners, Site Teams, and Commercial teams to provide accurate project performance information and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.This role is primarily project-based in SK and follows either a 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off rotation schedule, with flights and accommodations provided.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteMaintain project control structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, control accounts, and cost breakdown structuresEstablish and manage project cost control baselines and budgetsMonitor project costs, installed quantities, progress, and earned value metricsPrepare and analyze cost reports, forecasts, variances, EACs, ETCs, KPIs,



and performance indicesManage critical path schedules and identify schedule risks or delaysSupport change management, claims analysis, and schedule impact assessmentsCoordinate with quantity surveyors, field teams, and project leadership to validate progress and performance reportingAssist project teams in implementing standard project controls processes and proceduresContribute to dashboard creation, project reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesComplete field walkdowns and verifications for estimating and billingThe Right Tools for the JobEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: 3+ of Industrial construction, or project controls experience in disciplines such as cost control, scheduling, planning, forecasting, and document management. Experience in pipeline is preferredTechnical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
