In this role, you will work alongside a professional crew to bring custom homes and renovation projects from start to finish, contributing to high‐quality builds that reflect our company's standards.ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job sitePerform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, installation, and finishing workInstall windows, doors, roof trusses, sheathing, and hardwareFrame walls, floors, and structural componentsSafely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills,
