About The Role

Match Retail is looking for a Field Coordinator to support the execution of field sales programs and provide hands-on support to our field teams. Reporting to the Field Manager, this role will coordinate daily operations, monitor sales performance, support team members, and help ensure programs are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in field environment, with a passion for retail, sales, and working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Coordination

• Support the execution of field sales programs and client initiatives.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, materials, and program requirements.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and program documentation.
• Monitor attendance, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and field staff to resolve issues.
• Support program launches and process improvements.

Field Leadership & Sales Support

• Support Sales Associates in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, guidance,
  
  
  
  and day-to-day field support.
• Conduct store visits to ensure robust execution and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training as required.
• Cover shifts and assist with frontline sales activities when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, field operations, or coordination.
• Previous Team Lead or leadership experience is an asset.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with sales and operational data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work evenings/weekends when required.
