Today, the Jim Pattison Auto Group encompasses 28 locations across Western Canada, representing 16 automotive brands.Greet Service customers and ensure the customer's needs are fully understoodPromptly and professionally answer incoming calls to the Service departmentAccurately document all vehicle concerns onto Repair Orders and sell repairs and services to customers based on their needsPrepare accurate quotes for recommended services and obtain customer approvals for repairsAct as the liaison between the customer, the parts department, and the Automotive TechniciansEnsure customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicle, any additional recommended repairs that may be found, and wait timesManage customer complaints respectfully and promptly; elevate concerns when appropriateConduct vehicle inspection walk-arounds before and after service appointmentsMaintain a tidy,
