AgeCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Chestermere, AB. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in line with provincial standards.You will complete resident assessments, care/service plans, and documentation, while implementing and evaluating care plans. You will also assist with care conferences and coordinate moves in/out with the Director of Care, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
