This position requires strong industrial electrical, PLC, and SCADA troubleshooting capabilities, along with hands‐on mechanical and millwright support, including plumbing systems and general equipment maintenance.What You Will Be DoingWork as part of a team to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment.Routinely perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and components to ensure the continued safe, efficient,



and effective operations of all equipment and fixtures utilized by the organization.Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, control panels, VFDs, relays, and machine controls.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.Program, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC‐controlled equipment and automation systems, primarily Allen‐Bradley platforms.Monitor, troubleshoot, and support SCADA systems and industrial automation networks.Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to improve reliability.Support millwright functions including equipment installation, alignment, adjustments, bearing replacement, conveyor repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting.Perform plumbing‐related maintenance and repairs on plant systems and equipment.Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date maintenance records.Direct and train other workers and apprentices to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.Ensure all work performed adheres to all relevant organizational, provincial, and federal safety regulations, codes, and specifications.Maintain a safe and clean workspace at all times.Responsible to follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all Can Art Company PoliciesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMust have 442A Industrial Electrician license. May consider a 309A with strong industrial manufacturing experience.Minimum 3 years of electrician experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems,
