Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst to support a portfolio of capital projects within a large industrial environment. This role is heavily focused on cost control, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and project financial performance across multiple capital projects.We're looking for an intermediate to senior-level professional with strong project controls expertise and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project setting.Location: Fort McMurray, ABContract: 12 months with high possibility of long term extensionSchedule: Monday to Friday | 8-Hour DaysPay Rate: $60 - $80/hourKey ResponsibilitiesCost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple capital projectsDevelop and maintain project cost reports, forecasts, and performance metricsAnalyze planned vs. actual costs and provide recommendations to project stakeholdersSupport project estimating, change management, and trend analysisReview contractor change proposals and assess cost impactsMonitor project progress and provide financial insight to support decision-makingAssist with project benchmarking, analytics, and performance reportingSupport project closeout activities and lessons learned processesCollaborate with engineering, construction,



and project management teamsQualifications5+ years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, or related disciplinesStrong experience supporting capital projects ranging from approximately $5M to $100M+AACEI Certified Cost Professional (CCP) designation is considered a strong assetDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferredProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with cost forecasting, budgeting, earned value, change management, and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel and project controls systems experiencePreferred Industry Experience: Oil & Gas, Mining, Heavy Industrial Construction, EPC / Capital Projects and Large Infrastructure ProjectsAt Adecco our purpose is simple: to make the future work for everyone.
