Our work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Renovation of the Year and Building of the Year.The OpportunityThis role is designed for a team-oriented person with project administration experience who will help take ownership of the financial and administrative side of active projects, with opportunities to build leadership exposure through collaboration and involvement in project delivery.You'll be responsible for coordinating approvals, tracking budgets, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring project documentation stays organized and updated.
You'll work across teams and regions, helping to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.We move quickly and expect a high level of ownership. If you're a team player who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to improve how things get done, you'll succeed here.TermFull-time, in-officeWhat You'll DoCoordinate project approvals, including executive sign-off, PO issuance, and contract setup (CCDC)Process contractor and supplier invoices and support financial trackingMaintain project budgets, forecasts, commitments, contingencies, and cost trackers; identify variances and elevate risks proactivelyWork with design, operations, and project teams to support annual budget planningAdministratively manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and helping resolve issues as they ariseCoordinate with procurement and warehousing to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on timeAssist in sourcing, qualify, and onboard contractors in alignment with company policiesCoordinate project meetings, prepare action logs, track outstanding items, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentumTrack and analyze project data (costs, timelines, contractor performance) and report to leadershipSupport rebranding and renovation projects across multiple regionsAssist with preparation of specifications, tender documentation,
