You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, electrical issues, and perform general building maintenance to turn units into homes.The role requires 2+ years in a maintenance-related field, a trade/technical certificate or equivalent experience, and knowledge of basic hand tools. On-call rotation and a valid driver's license are included.
