The successful candidate will work across the warehouse, docks, logistics, fleet coordination, and plant operations while supporting senior operations leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day plant and operational activitiesCoordinate fishing vessels, fleet activities, freight, and logisticsWork directly with fishermen, warehouse teams,



and internal operations staffAssist with dock and warehouse operationsResolve real-time operational and logistical issuesHelp ensure smooth coordination between vessels, logistics, and plant operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with fishing professionals and internal teamsAnticipate operational needs and changing prioritiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of relevant experienceDirect, hands-on experience working aboard commercial fishing vessels is requiredBackground as a fisherman, deckhand, vessel crew member, or similar fishing professionalExperience in logistics, operations, or supply chainStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHigh level of initiative, accountability, and self-motivationAbility to work independently and anticipate operational needsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFlexible, adaptable, and willing to work hands-onForklift experience or willingness to obtain certificationProficiency in Microsoft ExcelImportant: Candidates must have direct commercial fishing vessel experience to be considered.
