Located at our Port Hope facility, this position involves the following responsibilities:Lead and support CFM's objective to improve safety performance by working collaboratively with all team members. Focus includes conventional safety management activities such as accident / incident investigation and corrective actions as well as advancing a safety culture and behaviours consistent with Cameco's expectations through team involvementProvide leadership and direction to Production and Logistics Supervisors across a three shift, 5-day operationManage staffing and resource requirements while adhering to the Collective Bargaining AgreementEffectively communicate and cooperation with support departments to achieve safety, workplace, and product quality targetsDevelop annual and 3-year budgets and manage spending within your plan for Production, Waste Treatment/Janitorial and Logistics groupsApply data driven analysis and systematic approach to solving issues that ariseApprove area changes for the Port Hope facility and sponsor both sustaining and improvement capital projects within your area of responsibilityImprove performance of the organization through employee performance coaching and skill developmentParticipate,
