This full time position would work with our clients to perform full cycle accounting duties and provide support, as required.We offer an ongoing training and a group benefit package, in a supportive working environment.Duties/Responsibilities:Full cycle bookkeeping from receipt and processing of source documents to year-end closing proceduresPayroll processing and related reporting, as requiredPreparation of government returns, GST/HST, NR4, T4, T5, ROE, WSIBAccounts receivable,



accounts payable and bank reconciliation proceduresQualifications:College Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience in full cycle bookkeeping in CanadaExperience with use of QuickBooks Online is essentialWorking knowledge of legacy accounting software, such as Sage 50 / QuickBooks Desktop would be an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and OutlookCandidates should possess the following:Desire to develop and maintain accurate financial recordsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWell organized and able to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyAbility to work independently or with limited supervision to meet deadlinesWorks well in a team environment
