This is an opportunity to work in a truly unique remote environment while delivering exceptional outdoor experiences for guests from around the world.What You'll Be DoingGuest Experience & GuidingLead protected, engaging, and memorable guided fishing excursionsShare knowledge of fishing techniques, local fish species, and the surrounding environmentSupport guests of all skill and experience levelsAssist with shore lunches and outdoor guest experiencesHelp deliver exceptional guest service throughout the lodge experienceSafety & OperationsSafely operate boats and outdoor equipmentConduct safety checks and maintain awareness of changing weather and water conditionsFollow lodge safety procedures and emergency protocolsMaintain communication with lodge leadership during excursionsEquipment & Program SupportAssist with maintaining fishing gear, boats, motors,
