This is a chance to make a tangible impact, take ownership, and help ensure that innovative treatments reach patients and families who cannot afford to wait.Job Description:Celystra Pharma is looking to hire field-based Key Account Managers (KAMs), supporting our Cardio-Metabolic or Rare Disease portfolios. Ideally, the candidate will be located in one of our main provinces: Quebec, Ontario, or British Columbia.In this position, you will act as a business owner, building and executing strategic account plans, accelerating partnerships with healthcare professionals, programs, accounts, and health systems to drive the adoption of cutting‐edge, first or best‐in‐class therapies.As a Key Account Manager, you will work in a culture that is ambitious for patients, accountable for impact, and rooted in doing the right thing.



This role will provide you with:The opportunity to develop and execute strategic account plans to surpass commercial performance objectivesCollaboration with healthcare professionals, administrative leaders, and health system stakeholders to drive process implementation within programs, accounts, and networksExposure to national and regional planning through ongoing account analysis and contribution to opportunity or mitigation strategiesThe chance to apply an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative approach, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver resultsThe ability to embrace and advocate for multichannel engagement and communication, ensuring customers receive timely and relevant informationThe opportunity to be a key voice at the table contributing not only to the execution of sales objectives, but also shaping strategy by delivering critical, field-based insights that inform decision-making at the highest level.Role Responsibilities:Developing a deep understanding of local patient journeys and key decision-makers' objectives/goals to identify opportunities for partnership aligned with commercial objectivesBuilding and growing a network of external healthcare and administrative stakeholders to support optimal recommendations throughout the patient journeyEffectively engaging external stakeholders in scientific discussions to ensure medications are prescribed to the right patients at the right timeLeveraging internal and external resources to develop and execute tailored customer value solutionsEmbracing accountability and empowerment to make agile decisions while maintaining a broader view of overall objectivesManaging regional spend and budgets to ensure optimal impact and ROIProviding ongoing account analysis and identifying market dynamics with potential business impactLeading and delivering regular performance-to-objective reviews to commercial leadershipExtensive overnight travel required for meetings and external conferences across your region.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 5+ years of experience in specialty sales or Key Account Management rolesExperience in cardio‐metabolic disease, endocrinology, cardiology, allergy‐immunology, or rare disease.Strong understanding and experience in the execution of key account management principlesExcellent communication and engagement skills, both virtual and in-personAbility to articulate complex content clearly to management, peers, and customers in individual and group settingsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with natural curiosity and active listening abilityAgility to work successfully in a dynamic, complex, and changing environmentSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, with strong cross-functional communication skillsExperience with budget ownership and ROI analysisProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs quicklyValid driver's license and ability to travel as requiredEnglish-speaking (bilingual French & English an asset)Celystra Pharma compensation package, which includes:Competitive compensation with incentive plan opportunityFull-time opportunityAllowances for territorial expenses including car allowanceDedicated training and supportOpportunity to build with a growing pharmaceutical organization in Canada
