Become a vital part of Grand Council Treaty #3 as a Lifelong Learning Coordinator. Support First Nation initiatives and coordinate educational activities in a collaborative environment.This position is exclusively for internal GCT3 staff and Treaty 3 members. You'll take charge of planning and executing meetings, managing small projects, and developing educational policies. Robust organizational skills and a deep understanding of Treaty #3 traditions are essential for this role, allowing you to facilitate connections among various educational stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Attend and engage in relevant community meetingsOrganize gatherings with First Nations and education boardsManage small projects and develop budgetsWrite reports and communicate information effectivelyStrengthen relationships with Tribal Councils and educational organizationsRequirements:Post-secondary degree or relevant experienceStrong organizational and verbal/written communication skillsKnowledge of Treaty #3 traditions and First Nations' valuesExperience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint softwareValid driver's license for travel when neededUtilize your skills in education to support Treaty #3 communities as a Lifelong Learning Coordinator.
