This role is for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and leads with confidence onsite.What You'll DoLead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projectsBuild and maintain project schedules to keep work on trackManage sub-trades, suppliers, and deliveriesEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specCommunicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updatesIdentify and resolve issues before they impact progressMaintain high standards for quality and workmanshipKeep documentation accurate and submitted on timeRead and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crewsLead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teamsBe available to support the site - including travel and after-hours coordination when requiredWhat We Are Looking ForStrong leader - confident in managing crews, trades, and project flowHighly organized - keeps schedules, people,
