This includes planning, execution and managing thepeopleresources and scope of the project(s). Ensuring functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables formedium sizecomplexity projects/accounts are executed on time, on budget, at the highest possible level of quality. In addition, the Project Manager supports client engagements andconformtoagencyprocess.The Project Manager is an significant member of the team(s), working closely with the account and functional department project leads to meet and exceed performance targets, foster a positive work environment, and serves as a model of professionalism and a reflection of the agency's personality and culture.ResponsibilitiesPlanning:Partners with Account to apply experience across program mix, technologies, and promotional channels to deliver innovative solutions,leveragingagency capabilities that address client needsCreates and manages project workplans at the program level, partnering with Account to define project requirements and success metrics and Resource Management to developappropriate staffplansCreates risk mitigation plan (when needed)



withpossible scenariosand solutions for projects based on executional experience as well as specific areas of project uncertaintyCollaborates with functional department project leads to evolve agency service delivery process and toolsetExecution of WorkManages execution of work on assigned projects, holding all team members accountable to the delivery of their assigned work,maintainingprojects SOPs, and adhering to quality control practicesManages and documents work status/hotsheetsensuring that team is tracking appropriately to the workplanProactively tracks resource needs across projects and alerts resource manager of unfulfilled gaps or capacityActively mitigates risk byanticipatingpotential executional barriers,identifyingquality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developingpossible solutionswithappropriate inputand collaborationIdentifiesand documents internal changes in scope or workplan and alerts Account if client follow-up is neededResolves executional issues in partnership with account, ensuringappropriate teamcommunication and escalation as warrantedClient InterfaceParticipates in client status/execution meetings as needed to support communication/understanding of executional tasks and processesPartners with Account to help problem-solve executional challengesAgency Interface and ProcessWorks with Account lead to define team processes, communicationsplanand rules of engagement, and manages team adherenceDevelops and deploys consistent project documentation including scopes of work, project plans, solution blueprints, project definition plans, contact/status/reports/hotsheetsCollaborates with department leads to develop, document, anddisseminateclear workflow plans and staff assignments to support execution of workEmployes agencymethodologyfor estimating project hours, fee, and costs and provides solid rationalePartners with Account torepresentagency financialobjectiveswhen communication and negotiating budgets and amendmentsMonitors staffing and expenditures across team to ensure actualsremainin line with estimates, client guidelines,



and agency financial performance goalsMaintainstimelyandappropriate communicationof financial status across assigned projects to Account and supervisor based on agency SOPsCollaborates with Account to manage scope changes and financial reconciliationsSupports fiscal account management with Account leads by providing information and POVsQualifications2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communicationsExpertisein managing project budgets, timelines, and resourcesDemonstrates the ability to successfully onboard and train others in the Associate LevelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to "think on your feet" and resolve issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors; makes good judgments andrenderssolid decisionsAdaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrates the ability to successfully onboard and train others in the Associate levelSalary range$70,000 - $105,000 CADBGB Group is an equal opportunity employer.
