The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join ourGlencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.The position will be based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.This is a six (6) month contract staff position.Range of Pay: $93,000 - 95,500This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.Work location is not accessible by public transportation.Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. We encourage early applications.Duties and Accountabilities:Reporting to the Organizational Development Specialist, the position plays a key role in ensuring that the organizational development activities for the Company are handled in a progressive and efficient manner by providing quality support. Primary duties include supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling selection processes, performing reference checks, assisting in shortlisting and issuing employment offer letters. The position also requires participation in school and career fairs.About YouYour personal commitment to health, safety, training, and continuous improvement will be the key to your growth in this role.Education and SkillsThe ideal candidate should possess a post-secondary degree in business, industrial relations or psychology and have a minimum of 1-3 years' related experience.
