Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, taping, mudding, and finishing drywall surfaces to a high standard, ensuring smooth, paint-ready finishes in residential and/or commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesApply tape and joint compound to drywall seams, corners, and fastenersPerform multiple coats of mudding and ensure proper drying between applicationsSand and smooth surfaces to achieve smooth, level finishesRepair imperfections, cracks, and damage in drywall surfacesMix and prepare compounds to the proper consistencyOperate hand and power tools (taping knives, sanders, mixers, etc.)Inspect finished surfaces for quality and correct any defectsMaintain a clean and secure work environmentCoordinate with painters, framers, and other trades as neededSkills & Qualifications2+ years of drywall finishing experience preferredRead blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirementsStrong knowledge of drywall finishing levelsClean and prepare surfacesCure freshly plastered surfacesCut and install vinyl corner beads to protect exterior cornersAbility to produce smooth,
