Poised for growth in Canada, this is a great opportunity for an experienced adjuster looking to take on a broader range of complex claims.The Opportunity:You'll be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, disposition, and settlement of claims across General Liability, Product Liability, and Auto Bodily Injury lines. This role calls for someone comfortable negotiating directly with solicitors and parties, navigating litigation and non-litigation strategies, and bringing claims to resolution through mediations, pre-trial conferences, and settlement negotiations.What You'll Do:Investigate, evaluate,
