Handle all baking tools and equipment per instructions. Ensures products meet the highest quality and produced in the most efficient manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set-up baking equipment for daily useClean and sanitize machinery and equipment used in bakeryMaintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safelyPrepare ofall ingredientsnecessary for bakingScale and mix of all ingredients necessary for bakingOperates all equipment necessary for bakingCompletes any order forms needed for the bakeryMaintain a clean and sanitary work area on a daily basisFollows all company policies & procedures SOP/GMP/HACCPMaintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free workplaceAssist in other areas of production as needed/requested.Requirements:Ability to work overtime or rotating shiftsFlexible and reliable attendanceMust be able to follow directions, work without supervisionAbility to communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plantFrequently lift and/or move up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand for extended periods of time while working
