The QA Coordinator maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications.Responsibilities:Ensure that the appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintainedInterpret standards (ISO or other) to develop processes that improve qualityWork in conjunction with Management to establish quality policies, objectives, and work instructionsEnsure that all current and future quality standards and procedures are adhered to and maintained under the Production Support ManagerProvide relevant training to personnel involved in process inspections and testsAdminister the nonconforming product policy and procedureManage, document, and process warranty claims with respect to purchased materials and customer-supplied productsConduct inspections and tests as per Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions,



and be responsible for all final inspectionsEnsure an effective and effective final inspection process for all plant-manufactured products is followed and maintainedCoordinate personnel involved in nonconformance and the disposition of materials and productsWork collaboratively with the Customer Service Team, proactively assisting in the management and resolution of customer complaints in a professional mannerMaintain relevant quality records in accordance with established procedures pertaining to contractsAudit the current quality processesAdminister the quality policies and objectives of the QMS and ensure that the Quality Assurance Manual is kept currentEnsure all quality records are completed according to procedureMaintain any quality certifications, registrations, and membershipsAct as the main contact for outside inspectionsManage Quality Notifications in the systemOwn the Quality KPIs and provide continuous reporting on objectivesSolve problems in coordination with Lean Manufacturing programsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:University degree or College diploma in Quality Management, or a related discipline2+ years related work experienceISO and manufacturing experience is considered an assetStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAble to work under minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office programsWorking with MRP/ERP programsKnowledge of metal manufacturing processesInterpretation of manufacturing drawingsWhy AGI?We're leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here's how:We're the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world's grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies.
