If so, GardaWorld is on the hunt for a Screening Contractor Training Representative.As an SCTR, you'll be responsible for delivering training following company guidelines. This position also includes coaching, mentoring, and assisting in re-certification.ResponsibilitiesDelivers on-the-job GardaWorld and CATSA-mandated training such as but not limited to: requisite post-course practical training and refresher courses, PIP/PERS, Non Screening Time training requirements, and other security and customer service training (e.G., practice sessions).Monitors tests and assessments related to all elements of CATSA's NTCP program, and GardaWorld skills development sessions.Supervises Screening Personnel participation in practical skills development sessionsImplements training for new operating procedures.Supports new hire orientation training.Manages and delivers individual training improvement plans.Deliver CATSA SOBs and SOPs as they are releasedProvides checkpoint & oversight support where required.Provides recommandations on certification maintenance.Provides coaching,



correction and overall feedback to Screening Officers.Intervenes immediately if parts of the screening process were not completed or if critical aspects of the screening process were performed incorrectly.Position RequirementsMinimum of 12 months experience working as a certified Screening Officer.Minimum of 12 months with no PERs requiring a coaching planObtain a 90% or greater on the annual RLP examObtain a 90% or greater on the annual X-Ray examAnyone who has not completed the aforementioned exams must complete and achieve the 90% score to be eligible for appointment for SCTR training.Appointment to training for role will be completed by seniority for all qualified candidatesDue to operational requirements candidates are required to hold FBS ATR and NPS qualifications.All endorsements must be in valuable standing and no performance or attendance related events (GardaWorld or CATSA issued) in previous 12 months.Must be open and willing to travel to other Airports to support training efforts.Must have excellent communication skills; fluent in written and oral English.Must have a desire for service excellence and excellent customer service skills.Must have shown good team work abilities and interpersonal skills.Must be attentive to detail and able to think creatively.Must be reliable, independent and able to handle stress.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.French fluency is an asset.Time management/ self motivating.Wage: $31.81 CAD/hourNo artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used in the screening, assessment, or selection of candidates for this position.This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.GardaWorld: Make the world a safer placeGardaWorld, a global leader in security, offers exciting career opportunities in an evolving industry.
