The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‐on experience in retail banking and a robust understanding of investment products.ResponsibilitiesLead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of personal banking products tailored to personal banking clientsLeverage market insights and client feedback to identify product improvement opportunitiesConduct performance analysis and segmentation to optimize product penetration and profitabilityMaintain and update product documentation, policies, agreements,
