We love solving hard problems, engaging with customers, and building tools that make a real-world difference.The RoleThe QA & Test Automation Developer Co-op will be a part of Cambio Earth's software development team working alongside engineers and geoscientists to develop safety critical software applications. Apply your software development knowledge to help Cambio Earth test applications that warn our clients about potential geological hazards and risks. As a QA & Test Automation Developer Co-op,



you will have opportunities to develop and maintain test automation framework in an Agile CI/CD setting. This opportunity is located in Vancouver, BC and is a hybrid position. The start date of this position is January 4, 2027.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain automated scripts using Playwright and C#Create detailed test plans and test cases in accordance with the business requirementsConvert manual test cases into automated test scripts following page object model and data-driven approachExecute, monitor, debug and fix failing E2E testsHelp to prioritize work based on the business needs for each sprintPerform code review and provide feedback to improve code qualityPerform manual testing when required and file bug reports following appropriate QA practicesWork closely with the QA team, software developers, product owners, DevOps and UIRequired Education, Experience & CompetenciesComputer Science or Engineering student in 3rd or 4th yearExperience with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java or equivalentBasic understanding of databases such as MS SQL, MySQLGood understanding of the Software Development Life CycleDetail oriented,
