We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach Manager to be responsible for delivering high-quality basketball coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a combination of on-court coaching and off-court administration tasks.RequirementsPassionate about working with and engaging young children is a mustAvailability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/ Sunday)Reliable and qualified. Organized, and proactive in problem-solvingExperience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising other coaches or staffEnergetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workersLead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years, tailored to age and skill levelSupervise and mentor a team of part-time and seasonal coaches to ensure program quality and safetyOversee session setup, event operations,



and daily programmingProvide on-field and off-field training to coaching staffAct as the primary liaison between front-line coaches and the management teamCommunicate regularly with management to support operational needs and coach developmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parentsAvailable to work through Summer and Winter seasons.Ideal ExperienceExperience working with children ages 2 - 12 years oldPreference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth agesExperience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.)Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an assetComplete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying.
