You will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance service to our contract customers from start to finish. This includes machine hour use monitoring, MCO set up, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners, closing work orders and invoicing MCO lines.Job DescriptionOpening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within on-time delivery parameters.
