Southbridge Care Homes Inc. seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario to support the LTC Home with medications, treatments and assessments.You will actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to uphold nursing standards and ensure resident safety and quality care. Qualified candidates hold a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario, are registered or eligible for registration with the Ontario PRNAO, and have First Aid and BLS.
