Reporting to the V.P. Finance, the Property Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the daily accounting records of revenue generating properties for an assigned portfolio, as well as other projects as assigned.TASKSMaintaining the day-to-day accounting records for a portfolio of properties; Complete quarterly and yearly preparation & reporting of property financials including balance sheet and income statement; The preparationof year-end financial reporting packages; Accounting for sale transactions and new property acquisitions; Accounting for financing transactions,
