Accurate, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and workflows spanning weeks or months. and Google WorkspaceDemonstrated ability to develop and assist in the building and alignment of new processesProficient in typing at 50+ WPMExcels in organizational awareness, communication, accountability, and continuous improvementStrong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve challenges efficientlyHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesBuilds strong working relationships and contributes positively to team effortsExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasksDelivers approachable, high-quality serviceResponsibilities:Manages the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of the TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction (JI) programEnhances trainer and facilitator effectiveness by maintaining comprehensive documentation, tracking, and reportingOversees the TWI Library to maintain integrity, security, and version control of all knowledge assetsOversees Work Instruction (WI) and Job Instruction Breakdown (JIB) databasesEnsures all technical submissions adhere to established formatting and document control standardsPerforms final Quality Control (QC) audits on all documentation prior to releaseFacilitates the revision lifecycle with the CWD Trainer, managing transitions from established processes to formalized Work InstructionsManages the Corporate Training Matrix, maintaining accurate training records, schedules, and sign-offsUpdates Competency forms as needed and coordinates approvalsMaintains verified trainer and leader directories to ensure targeted and efficient stakeholder communicationConducts shop visits to support trainersTracks improvement recommendations and oversees their successful execution
