The On-Site Facility Technician is responsible for performing general building maintenance, repair, and minor installation work within an office and warehouse environment. This role supports the daily operation of the facility by ensuring building systems, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The incumbent works independently to complete assigned work orders, address facility-related issues, and support special projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.Job Title: On-site Facilities TechnicianWork Location: On-site at our Clients facility near Victoria square in Markham, off Hwy 404Work Schedule: 8:30am - 4:30pmSalary Range: $61,500-$68,000Full time & Permanent position of 40 hours per weekDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Directly responsible for performing maintenance, repair and or installation labor tasking procedures in an office/Warehouse environment (painting, patching, minor pluming repairs, door hardware, office furniture repairs/adjustments)Directly responsible for adhering to Company and customer safety policies and practices.Directly responsible to perform all work in the most expeditious and cost-efficient means possible while assuring customer satisfaction.Ensures that all service tasking activities are carried out in compliance with local, provincial, and federal requirementsPrioritize and complete daily,
