This is ahybrid position based out of our Dartmouth, NS of fice, however, we are also open to fully remote candidates located across Atlantic Canada. risk management and managing local brokerage plansQuoting and underwriting new business as presented by a broker's officeUnderwriting and negotiating renewalsAchieving assigned monthly production goalsEnsuring customer service standards are metApplying underwriting guidelinesHere's what you bring:Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a property/casualty underwriterExperience working for an MGA an assetCompletion of CIP/CAIB/CRM or working towards itCritical thinking and analysisExcellent time management and ability to multitaskExceptional customer service and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills & existing broker relationshipsAbility to take initiative and work effectively with minimal directionYou belong hereYou belong here We strive to be much more than a great place to work.
