Be a leader in our plant as the AM Raw Production Supervisor. Your focus will be on enhancing production quality while ensuring safety and compliance in operations.
As a key part of the leadership team, you will oversee the Trimming line, Injection, Stuffing, and Smokehouse operations, reporting to the Plant Manager. This role is vital in guiding teams and maintaining production standards to meet business objectives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your oversight will ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee injection and stuffing production activities
• Ensure production records align with operational plans
• Monitor safety and compliance in processing activities




• Provide direction to the Sanitation team
• Analyze production performance metrics and report findings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience in food processing environments
• Solid understanding of GMPs and HACCP practices
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to manage safely under pressure
