Job Title: SuccessFactors LMS ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 2–6 years of hands‐on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations, system configuration, and content management, along with solid analytical and communication skills. This role requires onsite presence at our Mississauga office four days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules.Create, configure, and manage Excel templates for LMS data imports.Upload and test learning courses in iContent and other content management platforms.Translate business requirements into system configuration objects, producing high‐quality Solution Designs aligned with SuccessFactors best practices.Perform hands‐on configuration across all relevant Data Models with strong XML knowledge.Execute system configuration as per the Solution Design, Configuration Workbook, and Business Blueprint.Develop and execute Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts for quality delivery.Work with MDF objects, foundation objects, associations, business rules,
