Current hours of work are work shifts scheduled between 8 a.M. and 6 p.M.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Analyzing and responding to telephone calls, inquiries and requests from both internal and external customers and government agencies; Generating and dispatching appropriate service orders to field personnel; Creating and maintaining appropriate records of customer comments, feedback,
