You will play an integral role in producing and coordinating Design Development and Construction Documents while working closely with Project Architects, consultants, and the broader project team.The successful candidate will have robust Revit expertise and experience delivering projects across commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community sectors. Experience across multiple project types is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate Design Development and Construction DocumentsProduce high quality architectural drawings and BIM models using RevitCoordinate architectural documentation with structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and specialty consultantsPrepare permit submissions, tender packages,



and construction documentationAssist with building code analysis and technical detailingParticipate in drawing reviews and quality control processesSupport Contract Administration and technical coordination throughout project deliveryResolve technical and production related challenges during all project phasesCollaborate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractorsContribute to the successful delivery of commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community projectsQualificationsDiploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture5+ years of experience within an architectural practiceStrong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflowsExtensive experience producing Design Development and Construction DocumentsExperience coordinating consultant drawings across multiple disciplinesExperience working on commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community projects, with experience across multiple sectors strongly preferredStrong understanding of Canadian building codes, construction systems, and technical detailingExcellent communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a collaborative team environmentAdditional RequirementsAuthorized to work in CanadaFluent in English.
