If you have experience working in road construction, we'd love to hear from you!Dayshift, evenings, and nightshift rotations available!Key Responsibilities:Assist team leads and crew with asphalt maintenance including line painting, crack filling, seal coating, repairs, and small paving projectsClean and prepare road surfaces with power sweepers, washers, brooms, and blowersTrim grass and bushes along the edges of the asphaltAssist in cleaning up and monitoring barricades and cones to ensure adequate time for dryingPeriodically inspect asphalt for signs of wear, damage,



or the need of re-applicationPerform housekeeping duties within the shop and yardQualifications and Requirements:1-2 years of experience in road construction or related roleExperience with paint sprayers or small engines like lawnmowers is considered an assetA G class driver's license and clean 3-year driving record with reliable transportationAbility to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)Travel may be required for this positionSkills and Abilities:Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work well independentlyExcellent time management skills to get tasks done efficientlyNatt Group of Companies is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
