This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of recycling and material handling equipment, including shredders, grinders, conveyors, sorting systems, pumps, hydraulic equipment, and processing machinery.This role is best suited for a hands‐on maintenance qualified with strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities who enjoys working in a fast‐paced industrial environment. While licensed Millwrights (433A) are strongly preferred, we are also open to experienced late‐term apprentices or mechanically strong unlicensed candidates with relevant industrial maintenance experience.As a Maintenance Technician at Blue Mountain Plastics Recycling, you will be a key contributor to minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.As a Maintenance Technician, you can expect:Excellent hourly wage based on experience and licensing12-Hour Continental Shifts (nights portion of the rotation only)Overtime opportunitiesCompany Paid Life Insurance,
