This is a strategic, hands‐on role for an architect who enjoys setting technical direction, influencing stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable, and high‐performing ServiceNow platforms in complex enterprise environments.What You'll Be DoingArchitect and design end‐to‐end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture standardsDefine and enforce ServiceNow architectural best practices, governance models, and technical standardsLead technical design workshops and evaluate current ServiceNow capabilities to drive innovation and platform optimizationDesign and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XMLPartner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, resilient technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on complex workflows, custom apps, and integrationsEnsure platform security, performance,
