Saguenay (Québec) or Home Office (Canada or Worldwide) ApplyDevelop, train, refine and deploy multimodal large-scale language models (LLMs) using the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach.Develop an LLM agent framework to orchestrate RAG applications.Apply instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and effective fine-tuning.Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models, and conduct analyses to detect and correct biases.Drive the collection, construction and annotation of specialized datasets, training LLMs for different tasks and applications.Promote the improvement of product quality, safety and performance.Recognize obstacles to your team's efficiency and propose and implement solutions.Collaborate with various product development and management teams on new features and innovative enhancements.Your profileRequired QualificationsExcellent programming skills in Python with a solid grounding in programming, optimizations and software design.Solid understanding of ML/DL techniques, algorithms and tools, particularly CNNs, RNNs (LSTMs)
