Special Projects PM role:Extensive civil construction and municipal infrastructure experience, particularly underground utilities, deep servicing, earthworks and rehabilitation projectsManage projects generally ranging from $7M to $50M from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeoutLead complex, time-sensitive and high-risk projects that fall outside standard operational deliveryStrong knowledge of water, sanitary, stormwater, deep excavation, shoring, bypass pumping and existing utility interfacesDevelop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement strategies and construction methodologiesManage clients, consultants, municipalities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal field teamsReview contracts, drawings and specifications and manage RFIs, change orders, claims and commercial risksSupport estimating, tender submissions, scope development and project handoverCoordinate permits,



environmental requirements, traffic accommodation and regulatory approvalsLead emergency infrastructure response, including rapid mobilization and repair planningStrong field presence with the ability to resolve construction issues and make timely decisionsMaintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfactionMentor project coordinators and junior project managers and support operational planning across multiple projectsPMP or similar project-management training is preferredAlberta municipal infrastructure experience and established industry relationships would be a solid assetThe ideal candidate would be practical, organized and commercially strong, with enough
