Position ScopeWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Control Panel Assembler to join our Plant Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring electrical components into control panels used across our manufacturing facilities.The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Joining our Control Panel team means more than just taking on a job—it means becoming part of a close-knit, supportive group that is dedicated to delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction every day.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical blueprints and wiring diagramsPerform wiring in panels with all kinds of electrical components, e.G. relays, busbars, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, CTs, PTs, meters, terminals, switches, etc.Perform tasks involving physical labour and operate hand and power toolsAssembly of wiring and electrical components,



using hand and power tools as neededQuality control of productsOther general operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as assignedQualifications & AbilitiesA minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical assemblyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsFamiliar with power toolsA team player with a positive attitudeAble to work with minimum supervisionAble to read and understand engineering assembling drawingsAble to meet deadlines and work under pressureKnowledge of safe working procedures and practicesAble to effectively communicate and problem-solve with supervisors and team membersGood command of written and spoken EnglishFPS Food Process Solutions Corporation is an equal prospect employer, and we thank you for your interest in the position.
