We currently have an opening for the following position:The Test Engineer's primary function is to ensure assigned designs meet standards and customer specifications.Responsibilities/Duties:(Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following)Design, Testing and Development:Design machines, components, tools, fixtures and equipment or refine existing designs based on analysis and testing resultsConduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of components and systemsPerform physical tests and simulations to validate design feasibility, safety and functionalityAnalyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structuresDevelop, maintain and perform comprehensive test plans based on customer requirements and regulatory standards and generate detailed technical reportsCollaborate with manufacturing and design teams within each projectConduct "Root Cause Analysis" of infield failures and develop strategies for correctionCommunication:Ensure proper documentation of all work, products and relevant activitiesOrganize and document test plans,
