The RPN will assist patients and their caregivers to manage clinical conditions and transitions and enhance quality of life by meeting the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each person.Skills and Qualifications Required:Active, unrestricted license to practice with the College of Nurses of OntarioCurrent CPR certificateCollege certificate required, diploma preferredMedication Certificate dated after 1985 which meets the requirements of the Ontario College ofNurses, if graduated before 1985Position Responsibilities:Demonstrates competencies and skills that are essential for the delivery of safe and effective patient careAssists in evaluating the health status of patients with complexity of care needs that are well defined and established, with predictive outcomes and manageable responses and provides direct careShares in establishing priorities for care including preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative aspectsAdvocates for patients and their caregivers,
