and general service requestsReview client needs and provide appropriate coverage and product informationProcess endorsements and maintain accurate client files and account informationIdentify opportunities to improve coverage and support client retentionResolve client concerns professionally and elevate complex matters when requiredCommunicate with insurance carriers as neededCollaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure clients receive consistent supportFollow all company procedures and RIBO requirementsQualificationsValid RIBO license is requiredMinimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experienceStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional telephone mannerStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using insurance management systems, email, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
